“From the initial offer of a place, all the way through to her admission, the home and their staff were excellent. Not just professional, but also very caring and provided a bespoke personal touch tailored to my mum's needs.
When I dropped her off at the home she was welcomed by staff and personally by the home manager who already knew her name and made the whole experience very pleasant, at what can be a difficult time.
In the weeks that followed, I cannot praise the staff or the home enough. At every stage, they have made the care and service they provide as personal as they can and my mum has forged some great relationships with the staff as they get to know each other.

“From the first day my mother entered Rubislaw Park Care Home, her nursing needs, both physical and emotional, were taken into account. This was remarkable as my mother was admitted at the start of lockdown in March. Each member of staff has been friendly, positive and understanding about any concerns during the settling in period.
It quickly became clear that nurses, administrative staff and management were highly professional. It has been impressive and reassuring that in the short space of four months, my mother looks (and is) very well cared for, calm and during regular phone calls, tells me how 'helpful and lovely' the nurses are.
