Residents Enjoy Pancake Day at Rubislaw Park

At Rubislaw Park Care Home our residents enjoyed having pancakes for their afternoon tea, with a variety of delicious toppings of sprinkles, golden syrup, fruit, and chocolate. The residents loved getting involved in decorating their pancakes and even better, eating them!

No matter how big or small the occasion, we love giving the residents a reason to get involved, have fun and celebrate. It's all a part of the varied and stimulating entertainment and games and recreation programme that we have to offer. 

Whether our activities coordinators are putting on a range of dementia-friendly activities, day trips out in Aberdeen, or even making use of the fantastic facilities we have to offer, we can be sure that there is something for everyone to partake in whatever their hobbies and interests may be. 

At Rubislaw Park Care Home, our devoted team have seen first-hand the benefits of the activities that we put on for our residents. It allows them to build social connections throughout the home, maintain their independence, and live a happy and fulfilled lifestyle. 

Often our residents enjoy receiving special visits into the home, whether it be performers or even our four-legged friends, there is an abundance of things to see and do at Rubislaw Park Care Home. We can be sure with the fantastic facilities we provide that no two days are the same, whether our residents are experiencing a pamper session in our hair salon and treatment room, getting creative in our arts & crafts classes, or watching a classic film in our cinema.
