Rubislaw Care Home Opening Find out about our grand opening event.
Residents, their families and invited guests were delighted to attend the Rubislaw Care Home Official Opening, which took place on Friday 28th August. Aberdeen’s Lord Provost George Adam did the honours and cut our own “Welcome Cake” in celebration, and to mark the occasion. We were thrilled to hear his positive comments on our home, and believes it is an asset to the local community – we couldn’t agree more!
Guests were warmly welcomed by a traditional Scottish piper before enjoying a glass of champagne and canapés, made by our very own catering team, led by Catering Manager Damien Jarvis. Guests also enjoyed a tour of our beautiful, newly refurbished home, and made the most of what was a very sunny day in our extensive gardens.
Keith Porter, Manager of Rubislaw Park, comments:
“It’s great to see Rubislaw Park open and extend a warm welcome to all of our guests. It was pleasure to show off our wonderful home and some of our fabulous features. Following significant investment, Rubislaw Park looks absolutely fantastic, designed with our residents in mind. We have certainly got the best staff on board to ensure that we offer the best possible care for our residents, on an all-inclusive basis – making sure costs are the costs, with no hidden extras We look forward to welcoming our new residents – and for those who’d love to see around and join us for a tour, we look forward to welcoming you, too!
