Rubislaw Park Care Home Launches New Community Café

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our newest addition: a vibrant community café. Opening its doors to the local community, the café will offer a warm and welcoming space for neighbours and community groups to gather, connect and indulge in delicious treats.

Starting initially on Wednesday afternoons, the café aims to provide a haven where locals can unwind over a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy an array of homemade bakes. With a commitment to fostering community engagement, we recognise the importance of supporting and connecting with our neighbours beyond the boundaries of the care home.

Community living lies at the heart of Rubislaw Park's ethos, with a focus on enriching the lives of both residents and local residents alike. By offering a space for social interaction and engagement, the café not only enhances the wellbeing of our residents but also provides an inclusive environment for individuals with varying medical or cognitive needs.

In addition to the café, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our book club. Providing another avenue for residents and community members to come together. The book club will offer a space for literary enthusiasts to delve into captivating stories, share insights and celebrate the joy of reading.
